Randy Couture and Brock Lesnar both made weight today in at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada, albeit Lesnar weighed in a massive 45lbs heavier than the UFC heavyweight champion, Randy Couture. Both men are ready to take part in what is being called the biggest fight in UFC history. What remains to be seen is if the UFC’s most senior resident can successfully defend his title after a year long lay-off and against the UFC’s biggest persona and physique.

Also slated for the main card action were Joe “Daddy” Stevenson and Kenny Florian who both made weight at 156lbs. Stevenson is coming off a recent submission win over Gleison Tibau at UFC 86 after suffering a hard fought loss to UFC lightweight champion BJ Penn. Meanwhile Florian will enter the bout with a five fight win streak with victories including Roger Huerta and Joe Lauzon.
