Mmasports: How do you maintain that amazing body?
Claudia: I work out 3-5 times a week, schedule permitting. I can't follow a strict diet for the life of me. I like to indulge. I eat fairly healthy but if I don't watch myself…it really shows. I can fluctuate 3-5 pounds. I'm comfortable with my body though and have learned to do what feels right.
