NEW UPDATE: Amir Sadollah had to pull out of his UFC 91 due to injury

Mike: How’s it going man?
Amir: It’s going alright.

Mike: How’s Vegas treating you?
Amir: Pretty good, I like it. I'm not really here for all the craziness and stuff, but they have some nice gyms and I like it here.

Mike: Well you are about to fight soon, how’s the training going?
Amir: Definitely going well, I'm growing as a fighter and improving…and I'm just ready to go!

Mike: You will be fighting Nick Catone, what do you know about him?
Amir: I've seen a couple films, and from what I have seen and heard. He's definitely a good wrestler, he looks strong and he will probably keep a lot of pressure on me in the fight.

Mike: So, without spoiling anything, what’s your game plan for this one?
Amir: Well...I never really have an exact game plan, like down to a T because it never goes the way you expect it to. But if I could have it my way I'd like to keep the fight on the feet if possible.

Mike: And a prediction?
Amir: Hmm...nah, they never come true when I make predictions anyways...haha

Mike: Haha ok, so I saw an interesting article on Spike Tv's site that says you would beat Kimbo if he were on The Ultimate Fighter... due to the fact that you sold your soul to the devil, in exchange for never losing a fight…is this true?
Amir: Yeah I read that..(laughing)…and part of the deal was, he wasn’t supposed to tell anyone about the deal!

Mike: So does that mean, if you beat Catone, Kimbo is next on your radar…you know...maybe on TUF 10 or something?
Amir: (laughing) Nah. Well…maybe if I start a steroid cycle and you know..

Mike: (laughing) Don’t get caught man!
Amir: Haha ok I wont.

Mike: Alright, quick question about The Ultimate Fighter 8…but no bodily fluids in food involved. Who do you think takes this season? Or who impressed you?
Amir: Its always hard to tell, you know. There’s always a lot of talent on the show and you never really know. But from watching Vinne, Junie and Krystyof all looked good.

Mike: Randy vs Brock...who wins?
Amir: I'm going with Randy, I might be a little biased, but I just really do think he will win. And he's ready well prepared, and ready for this fight.

Mike: Yeah man, Randy always seems to pull it off...no matter what people say.
Amir: Yeah definitely, people always question him because of his age or whatever...but he still wins.

Mike: Ok, I lied...one bodily fluid in food question (laughs)…if that was you who ate the Sushi…would you have played it off as well.
Amir: (laughing) No. probably not. Dave was out here the other day and said he never really ate it....but who knows, I don’t think I would have handled it as well on or off camera, you know? haha...but more power to him, for handling it like he did.

Mike: Yeah, that was nasty…haha...

Mike: Alright man, that’s all I got, anything you wanna close with?
Amir: Yeah. Thanks for the interview, and thanks to tapout/sprawl/suckerpunchent...and check out my website www.amirmma.com

Mike: No problem man, and good luck.
Amir- thank you!
