MMA Sports staff writer Mike Denny goes Head 2 Head with Dan Hardy with predictions on UFC 99... time will tell who's more accurate.
Catch Weight
VS
Rich Franklin

Wanderlei Silva

Dan: Rich Franklin by being technically better. Unanimous Decision after a pretty one-sided kickboxing match.
Mike: I think this fight will look similar to the Liddell vs Wanderlei fight… with Rich winning the stand-up and both men taking some hard shots early on. But I think the Axe Murderer will end up putting Rich to sleep sometime in the 2nd with a knee, after losing the first round.
Welterweight Division
VS
Mike Swick

Ben Saunders

Dan: Along feeling out process on the feet with swick landing more shots. Saunders will try for the takedown and get caught in a swick-a-tine.
Mike: Ben has a ton of potential... but I think Swick may be a little too much for him at this point. Swick will weather an early storm and put the lights out midway through the second.
Welterweight Division
VS
Marcus Davis

Dan Hardy

Dan: Brutal and bloody KO at the end of the second round by Hardy.
Mike: I gotta agree with "The Outlaw”... but will change the finish, to a brutal and bloody split-decision after an all-out war.
Lightweight Division
VS
Spencer Fisher

Caol Uno

Dan: Uno by heel hook early third. Fisher defending takedowns for two rounds and trying to trap Uno to hit him. Early third, Uno will get the takedown and snare fisher as he tries to GnP Uno.
Mike: The King, has some good crisp hands.... but I don’t know how much that will come into play. I think Uno will outwrestle him and get a Unanimous Decision.
